With most administrative work completed prior to the visit, this role focuses on hospitality, patient flow coordination, and timely check-ins. Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly within 10 seconds of arrival
• Confirm patient identity and arrival status
• Perform minimal data entry as needed
• Provide transparent communication regarding wait times
• Offer comfort measures (water, blankets, seating assistance)
• Coordinate patient flow with technologists and clinical staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, hospitality organizational and effective communication skills
