Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY
Greets customers and provides a variety of customer services such as answering telephones, providing initial customer contact.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate person or voice mail. Take messages if needed. Greet customer and direct to appropriate department or individual. May sort and deliver mail. May assist with clerical duties including filing, computer input, reporting. May assist with customer service issues. Regular and reliable attendance. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of bank policies and procedures. Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software. Skill in operating various office machines including switchboard, adding machine, copy machine, etc. Skill in communicating with customers and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner. Ability to pay close attention to detail and work with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to function as a team player.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school graduate or equivalent. Previous banking experience or equivalent work experience.

PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS
Light Work:
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negotiable amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Job involves sitting most of the time and if walking and standing required, only occasionally.

Other Full-Time benefits include:
8 paid holidays
  • 17 PTO days each year for the first five years of employment.
  • After five years, 22 PTO days each year.
  • After ten years, 27 PTO days each year.
  • Employees must also complete the 90-day introductory period prior to accruing PTO.
  • New employees will receive 16 hours of paid sick time upon their hire date.
