Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our team as a front desk receptionist. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to work within a team to provide excellent patient care. In addition, there are opportunities for advancement including cross-training as a medical assistant.
Responsibilities:
Welcome all patients in a friendly and professional manner Perform check-in and check-out duties Responsible for answering phones and returning voicemails Schedule all patient appointments Collect insurance ID cards and driver's licenses
Skills:
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced clinic Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Comfortable with IT and technology Attention to detail
Job Type:
Full-time / Part-time, Monday - Friday 745am-445pm
Pay:
$19.00-$23.00/hr, based on experience.
Education and Experience:
High school or equivalent (Required) Associates / Bachelors degree (Preferred) Previous medical office experience (Preferred) Previous clinical experience - CNA, MA, etc. (Preferred)
