Call 24 Inc. - Overnight Answering Service Operator (In-Office) In Office | Overnight Shift (11 PM - 9 AM) | Part-Time Call 24 Inc. is a 24/7 professional answering service providing after-hours support for businesses across multiple industries. We are hiring a reliable, bilingual, professional Overnight Operator to join our team. This is a set schedule of three 10-hour overnight shifts , with additional overnight coverage opportunities as needed. What You'll Do Answer incoming calls using a multi-line phone system Take accurate messages and dispatch calls as required Provide professional, courteous customer service at all times Communicate clearly with clients and team members Handle sensitive information with discretion What We're Looking For Strong communication skills (bilingual a plus) Comfortable working independently overnight Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance is critical Ability to multitask and stay focused during low and high call volume Previous answering service, dispatch, or call center experience preferred Requirements Must be able to work 11 PM - 9 AM overnight shift Availability for weekends and some holidays required Strong typing and spelling skills Reliable transportation ( in-office position ) Why Call 24? Pay:
