Position Summary:
Processing parts through Pressure Test department includes pressure testing of tubing assemblies and aqueous cleaning of the parts. Operators will use machines specific to pressure testing to inspect fittings and Welds for Leaks after the installation of the fittings.
Essential Responsibilities:
The following job functions are not all-inclusive. The employee will be required to perform other job-related tasks and responsibilities requested by supervisor. Job duties and requirements may change as required by needs of Company. Essential Duties in Order of Priority Frequency Performed 1. Aqueous clean parts Daily 2. Daily and monthly Aqueous clean maintenance Daily 3. Pressure Testing of tube assemblies to inspect for leaks Daily 4. Using Filtered shop air to dry Parts thoroughly Daily 5. Routing of parts to the next area based on job traveler Daily 6. Backup functions for End Finish department when business needs demand As Needed 7. 5S + Safety requirements Daily 8. Maintenance for the area Monthly 9. Using PPE required for the department 10. Other reasonable duties as business and operational needs dictate
As Needed Qualifications:

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
None Required General knowledge manufacturing a Plus Mechanically inclined a plus
- Experience/knowledge of equipment, machines, tools, etc: No experience necessary will train on process and how to use equipment Mechanically inclined a plus
- Communication and Language skills: Requires the ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, easily understood manner Requires English verbal and written skills
- Mathematical skills: Requires basic math skills to perform basic calculations such as addition and subtraction
Computer Skills:
Ability to learn and navigate an ERP/KPI system
- Reasoning ability: Assess situations based off knowledge and data/facts and make a logical decision to accomplish a goal Ask for help from leads/supervisors when needed
