This role is responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, assisting patients with their needs over the phone, and providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, compassionate, and able to communicate clearly while supporting the daily operations of a busy medical practice. Duties Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments. Assist patients with general questions and concerns over the phone. Provide general information about the practice, including office hours, locations, providers, and basic services. Assist patients with referrals and follow-up communication. Help manage patient confirmations and appointment reminders. Perform basic telephone triage by gathering patient information and directing calls or concerns to the appropriate clinical staff when needed. Assist with general office issues and communicate patient concerns to the appropriate department. Review and manage incoming faxes and office correspondence. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, updating patient information, scanning, documentation, and message routing. Maintain professional and compassionate communication with patients at all times. Follow office protocols and maintain patient confidentiality. Experience Previous experience in a medical office, call center, front desk, or patient support role preferred. Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages. Experience with eClinicalWorks is preferred. Ability to handle multiple phone calls and patient requests efficiently. Strong customer service skills and a patient-centered attitude. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Ability to remain calm, professional, and helpful in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records preferred. Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
