Monday -Thursday 7:45am-5pm, Friday 7:45am-3pm #NextGenHealthcare How you'll make an impact in this role Manage high-volume inbound calls with a focus on service excellence. Verify demographic information and insurance eligibility over the phone to ensure every patient's medical journey is documented correctly from the initial point of contact. Serve as the clinic's central navigator by accurately screening and directing calls to the appropriate department or clinical party. Maintain a collaborative presence by assisting with in-person front desk operations as needed. This includes greeting patients, managing physical check-ins during peak volume, and providing administrative coverage to ensure uninterrupted clinic flow. What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
