The department is staffed 24/7, providing continuous support to clinical operations, security, and patient services. PBX Operator Part-Time, Days Job Description:

Direct incoming calls from the switchboard and patient information lines in a courteous and professional manner. Monitor alarms and emergency telephones in the switchboard and communicate necessary information quickly. Receive and process work orders in a timely and professional manner. Provide information to walk-up visitors and patients in a courteous and professional manner.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent One year customer service experience
