GENERAL SUMMARY

Provide functional supervision for 24/7 switchboard communication operations. Recruit, train, evaluate and discipline PBX operators.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in communication software administration, knowledge of Word, Excel, Access programs. 1 to 2 years supervisory experience in high volume communication system in a health care environment are required.
