Job DescriptionPosition is Full-Time, Sunday- Wednesday 7am-5pm and would include any holidays that fall within those days. Manufacturing sample pick-up 2-3 times daily or as requiredQC Sample receipt and GMP documentation of sample movesTransport, dispensing, and distribution to the internal and external testing labsAnnual Inspections and Inventory counts for Retain MaterialAnnual Inventory of Stability MaterialAnnual Inventory of Reference StandardsReceipt of incoming shipments and processing of temperature monitorsEnsure effective and robust processes for sample documentation filing, archival and retrieval.

Responsible for proper administration and adherence to all client policies and proceduresAdherence to all, regulatory licenses and regulationsInterfacing with key Quality and manufacturing customersCoordinating inventory reconciliations with the impacted the QC departmentThe role requires working within a manufacturing environment, may require standing/walking for duration of shift.

QualificationsAS degree, BS degree0-2 years in comparable/related role with sample management experienceExperience with cGMP Technical knowledge regarding QC/QA and Manufacturing process as related to management of samplesAbility to communicate with client management and peers effectivelyStrong organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and coordinate multiple activities in parallelDemonstrated problem solving skillsDemonstrated instrument/method troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of
