Position Summary We are seeking a Switchboard Operator to join our expanding clinical team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, detail-oriented individual with a commitment to patient care, teamwork, and clinical excellence. Responsibilities Receive all incoming calls, route to appropriate departments, and page appropriate personnel. Triage and respond promptly and accurately to emergency calls according to establishes procedures. Greet patients and family members in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring professional representation of the organization. Keep switchboard internal and external directory up to date. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements:
Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum one year experience in a medical facility setting. Basic knowledge of computerized phone system. Strong customer service skills required.
