Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated IT Security Specialist II to join their dynamic team. As an IT Security Specialist II, you will be an integral part of the Security and Compliance Department supporting various technical teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will enable you to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

  • What's the Job?
  • + Ensure timely completion of risk, security, and compliance deliverables for supported applications.
+ Assist with administrative tasks related to compliance, such as access reviews, assessments, and questionnaires. + Support audit examinations and conduct risk assessments to maintain regulatory adherence. + Coordinate with development teams to address security vulnerabilities and remediation activities. + Maintain accurate application data within systems of record and collaborate with vendors to meet bank requirements.
  • What's Needed?
  • + Proven experience in information security and industry certifications.
+ Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, vulnerability scoring, and application security assessments. + Ability to support infrastructure requests and work closely with technical teams. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking compliance activities. + Familiarity with policies, standards, and local laws related to information security and compliance.
