Weekend, Night and Holiday Availability is Required. Flexible hours are preferred.

Job Duties include:

Taking detailed messages as per client Paging and/or arranging multiple party calls Making temporary changes to client information Having a basic understanding of the product and services provided by the client Acting as a direct representative of the client when receiving calls Use of proper telephone etiquette
