Rate:

$20.00/hour W2 - 40 Hours per week Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of inbound calls promptly and professionally Route calls to appropriate departments, case managers, or scheduling teams Provide general information regarding appointments, IME services, and office procedures Assist with appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations as needed Perform outbound calls to physicians' offices, claimants, and clients for follow ‑ up and verification Maintain accurate call logs and document interactions in internal systems Handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA and company confidentiality policies Respond to voicemail messages and ensure timely follow ‑ up Support administrative or clerical tasks as assigned by management Maintain calm and professional communication during high ‑ call ‑ volume periods Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodbury, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
