Morning, Mid-shift, Evening Weekend availability is required We are open 24/7/365, which includes holidays and weekends. Serious inquiries only Position Overview We are actively seeking a dedicated and professional Phone Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our diverse clientele, managing a high volume of incoming calls and delivering exceptional customer service. If you have excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for every customer. Efficiently manage call flow using our phone systems and dispatch inquiries as necessary. Accurately perform data entry tasks while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. Exhibit strong phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or complaints. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Qualifications Typing speed of 35+ WPM Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing demands Proficiency in phone systems and administrative tasks is essential Strong data entry skills with keen attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual or multilingual candidates are especially encouraged to apply Experience in dispatching or clerical roles is a plus, but not required Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service Why Work with Us?
