Job Description

Switchboard operator and office assistant Imperial Guard & Detective Service Inc.
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO
: Operate the switchboard as scheduled or as needed Assist the Officer Manager and the CFO with projects as needed Help with maintaining state and local licensees Account reconciliation General book keeping assistants Verify Account receivable and payable
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or Equivalent Prior experience in the general bookkeeping/accounting area a plus but not a requirement Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required Competitive compensation Full benefits package Rapid advancement Imperial Guard and Detective is one of the largest security guard companies, with branches from coast to coast.
