Communications Schedule:
Part Time What You Will Do Operate the organization's telecommunication system to answer and route incoming calls and to communicate codes, alerts, drills and other announcements. Receive and relay internal and external calls and provide general information according to protocol. Maintain desk directories, on-call list, reference guides and other associated reference materials. Operate beeper and paging system to contact personnel and code team. Communicate codes, alerts, drills and other announcements according to established policies and protocols, including disaster management plans
What You Will Need Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note:
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. Additional Preferences Please make sure you are available to work every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Part time hours will be Thursday 4:30 to 9pm, Friday could be day hours 7am to 4:30pm or evenings 3pm to 8pm and same for Saturdays. Hours may change if needed.
