Wire Control Specialist Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wire Control Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for the assembly, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical control systems used in Hybrid Load Banks, DC Glycol Feeders, and Liquid-Cooled Load Banks. The ideal candidate will have experience with PLC/HMI control systems, electrical schematics, and industrial control panel wiring. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble, wire, and install electrical control panels and systems. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control system issues. Configure and support PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems. Perform testing and quality inspections on completed assemblies. Assist with startup, commissioning, and functional testing of load bank systems. Ensure all wiring and controls meet company and industry standards. Maintain accurate documentation of wiring changes and system modifications. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues. Follow all safety procedures and quality standards. Required Qualifications Experience wiring industrial control panels and electrical systems. Knowledge of Hybrid Load Banks, DC Glycol Feeders, and Liquid-Cooled Load Banks. Experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and HMI interfaces. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical drawings. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with low-voltage and high-voltage control circuits. Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Technical school certification or degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field. Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC platforms. Understanding of industrial automation and control systems. Previous experience in manufacturing, power generation, or load bank industries. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
