Operates switchboard or telephone console to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls. Monitors and initiates protocols for life safety alarms. Follows pre-established guidelines to perform job functions. Applies knowledge of commonly used terminology, concepts, practices, and procedures within the hospital.

• Job Requirements
• In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: + High School Diploma/G.E.D. + 1 year previous high volume telephone experience. + 1 year previous customer service experience.

• Following a major expansion, Holy Cross Hospital - Jordan Valley's capacity tripled, now housing 171 beds to serve our growing community.
