Visitor Control Specialist:
Provide accountability, control, verification and issuance of visitor identification (ID) badges. Register and process the visitor control computerized database management system. Perform all visitor identification ID badge issuance related tasks, to include researching and reviewing source documents and verifying eligibility. Receive individual requests for enrollment and updates of visitor control records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Issue the correct type of visitor ID badges. Report system failures and downtime to the appropriate assistance centers, as needed. Complete all duties as directed by the client and in accordance with established guidance and while providing outstanding customer support.
Skills/Qualifications:
Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Familiar with Common Access Cards Issuance processes Strong organizational skills and is detail oriented Notable proofreading and typing skills Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and handle simultaneous customers with success and accuracy Capabilitiy of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, professional environment. US Citizenship & ability to favorably pass a client conducted background check. Availability to work an 8 hour shift and be available and flexible between the hours of 0600-1800 with little notice.
