PMs | Part-time How you'll make an impact in this role: Manage the organization's telecommunications hub to ensure every internal and external caller is connected swiftly and accurately to the care or information they need. Coordinate emergency response communications by broadcasting codes, alerts, and disaster protocols, serving as a vital link in maintaining hospital-wide safety. Facilitate immediate connections for medical teams using paging and beeper systems to ensure life-saving "code teams" reach their destinations without delay. Maintain real-time digital directories and on-call schedules to ensure the right provider is reachable at the right time, every time. Serve as the professional voice of the organization, providing clear and empathetic guidance to patients and families navigating the healthcare system. What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. What additional requirements you'll need: 20 hours per week | 2-10pm with alternating weekends and holidays Life at
