JOB DESCRIPTION - RECEPTIONIST / SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR
(Partial PT)
ABOUT ERCC ERCC
is a 111-bed, non-profit, short- and long-term nursing care and rehabilitation facility located in Elkins, WV. ERCC delivers a full-range of skilled and intermediate nursing care services to those who are recovering from injury or illness and those who may need assistance transitioning to the later stages in life. ERCC employs approximately 150 staff members and is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug-Free Workplace.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS ERCC
is seeking a Receptionist / Switchboard Operator to serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, and to provide supplemental clerical support for Administration. Position is Partial Part-time (PPT) which is less than 30 hours per week and unbenefited. Evening hours during the week and day/evening hours on the weekend.
Requirements include:
 Ability to operate Switchboard console  Ability to work with confidential information  Good clerical and office equipment skills  Computer skills required  Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)  Good verbal and written communication skills  Good people skills  Work all shifts as needed, weekends, holidays  Various Shifts Monday - Sunday  Vacation, Sick, and Holiday relief as needed
