In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the processing of property titles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. Your expertise will support smooth property transactions by conducting thorough research, verifying title information, and preparing essential documentation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision and customer service excellence are paramount. Duties Conduct comprehensive research on property titles using various sources, including GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools and public records Review and interpret real estate law to ensure all title documents meet legal requirements Process and prepare title reports, affidavits, and other necessary documentation for property transactions Collaborate with law offices, title companies, and clients to verify information and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate records of all title processing activities and update databases accordingly Assist with resolving title issues by conducting detailed investigations and communicating findings clearly Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally Requirements Proven experience in title processing within a law office or real estate environment Strong knowledge of real estate law, research techniques, and title processing procedures Excellent research skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to interpret legal documents and technical data effectively Exceptional customer service skills to support clients and internal teams Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Join us in a role that combines legal expertise, research proficiency, and customer-focused service!
