F&I Assistant / Title Clerk Marine & Powersports

GSPS Marine is hiring an F&I Assistant to support both our Marine and Powersports finance departments. You'll work on a wide variety of paperwork — Coast Guard vessel documentation, Alabama titles for boats, trailers, ATVs, UTVs, PWCs, and side-by-sides — alongside funding, lien perfection, and compliance work. If you've done dealership title or deal administration work and want a steady role with a long-established company, this is a great fit. What you'll do

• Prepare and audit titles, MSOs, finance contracts, and delivery paperwork for both marine and powersports deals
• Process Coast Guard vessel documentation and Alabama state title and registration filings
• Manage lien perfection and support funding accuracy on contracts in transit
• Track deal jackets from sale through funding and ensure clean stipulations
• Maintain compliance with Red Flags Rule, Safeguards Rule, OFAC, and Alabama state requirements
• Support the front desk with customer greetings and phone calls when needed
• Coordinate between the marine and powersports F&I managers to keep deals moving What we're looking for
• 2+ years of dealership title processing, F&I assistant, or deal administration experience
• Marine or powersports dealership background strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Coast Guard documentation and/or state vessel titling a strong plus
• LightSpeed EVO, DealerTrack, RouteOne, or similar DMS experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Red Flags Rule and dealership compliance requirements
• Strong computer skills and the kind of careful, accurate work habits that title processing demands
• Comfortable working Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00-5:30 Why join GSPS Marine
