Vehicle Title and Funding Working Supervisor 6055 Landers Road, North Little Rock, AR 72117 From $55,000 a year - Full-time From $55,000 a year - Full-time Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Vehicle Title and Funding Working Supervisor to manage a high-volume environment (450+ deals per month) . This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely funding and maintaining strong relationships with banks and lenders. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, delivers flawless documentation, and understands that nothing can fall through the cracks . Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit complete, error-free vehicle funding packages to lenders Serve as primary contact for banks and financial institutions Track and manage funding for hundreds of active deals simultaneously Verify vehicle contracts, titles, insurance, and supporting documents prior to submission Resolve funding delays, discrepancies, and missing documentation quickly Oversee vehicle title processing across multiple states (AR, TN, MS) Ensure compliance with all lender and regulatory requirements Supervise title staff and maintain workflow efficiency Qualifications 2-5 years of high-volume vehicle funding and title experience Proven ability to manage 400+ deals per month with accuracy Strong experience working directly with lenders and banks Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize, track, and close deals without errors Professional, confident communication skills What We Are Looking For Detail-obsessed and process-driven Highly organized under pressure Accountable and deadline-focused Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Why This Role Matters Funding accuracy drives cash flow.
