Job Description

Oxendale Auto Group is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Automotive Billing Clerk to join our dealership accounting team. This position plays a key role in ensuring vehicle deals are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities:
Process and bill vehicle deals Verify deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness Post transactions and maintain dealership accounting records Work closely with sales managers, finance managers, and office staff to resolve discrepancies Process trade payoffs and related documentation Maintain deal files and ensure compliance with dealership procedures Assist with schedules, reconciliations, and other accounting-related tasks as needed Support the office team with additional administrative duties
Qualifications:
Previous automotive dealership experience preferred Dealertrack experience is a strong plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment Excellent organizational and communication skills Basic accounting knowledge preferred Proficient computer skills and ability to learn dealership software systems
