In this role, you will be responsible for managing vehicle title processing, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting the seamless transfer of vehicle ownership. Your expertise will help facilitate efficient title services for our clients, contributing to a smooth and professional customer experience. Responsibilities Process vehicle titles accurately and efficiently in accordance with state regulations and legal standards. Conduct thorough research on vehicle ownership histories, lien statuses, and related legal documentation using various databases and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools. Verify all required documents are complete and compliant before finalizing title transfers or registrations. Maintain detailed records of all transactions, including inbound and outbound documentation logs. Assist customers by providing clear guidance on title procedures, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues related to vehicle titles or ownership transfers. Support the team in maintaining a well-organized office environment focused on accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service. Skills Excellent research skills to verify information using multiple sources including databases etc. Experience with title processing procedures within an office or similar legal environment. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
