The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing vehicle sales paperwork, ensuring contract accuracy, maintaining compliance with dealership and DMV requirements, and supporting the finance and accounting departments. Responsibilities Process new and used vehicle contracts accurately and efficiently Review sales and finance paperwork for completeness and compliance Submit contracts to lenders and follow up on funding status Verify customer, vehicle, and lender information Process trade payoffs and maintain payoff records Prepare DMV/title paperwork and ensure timely submission Maintain organized deal jackets and electronic records Assist with accounting and administrative tasks as needed Work closely with sales managers, finance managers, and office staff Ensure compliance with dealership policies and California state regulations Handle warranty cancellations and refund processing when needed Qualifications Previous automotive dealership experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of dealership paperwork and contract processing Experience with CDK, Dealertrack, or other dealership management systems is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems Strong communication and problem-solving skills Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset Schedule Full-time position Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays if needed Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Employee discounts Growth opportunities within the dealership Apply today to become part of the team at Knight Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
