We serve credit unions, banks, finance companies, leasing and rental agencies, and franchised used car dealerships. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Vehicle Title Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage the processing of vehicle titles and related documentation to ensure accurate and timely transfer of ownership. Your expertise will help streamline our administrative operations and support our commitment to excellent customer service within the automotive remarketing industry. Duties

MUST HAVE DMV EXPERIENCE.

Processes vehicle titles with precise accuracy. Researches vehicle titles and resolves issues in a timely manner. Meets company timelines in processing titles and resolving title issues. Understands and follows corresponding state title processing guidelines. Consistently responds to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner within company timelines. Maintains a positive and professional demeanor. Performs administrative duties in the office such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying, and other duties. Insurance experience is a

BIG PLUS.

Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Required Skills:

Excellent customer service attitude and skills. Excellent communication skills. Professional phone manner. Computer proficiency. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
