Responsibilities:

Create and build sales contracts and directed by sales manager Complete CA DMV Registration paperwork and Out of State DMV Transactions Verify legal documents relating to transfer of vehicles Retail and Wholesale to the Department of Motor Vehicles (all-states) Maintain DMV and Payoff schedules, processing refund checks to customers and lenders if needed Assist in obtaining title for trades and wholesales Promptly process documents to ensure tax and fees are reported and paid in a timely manner Work with accounting to post accounting entries related to all DMV registration transactions Keeping management and sales department up to date with status of outstanding registration items Contacting customer if needed pertaining to registration documents Perform other duties as typical for this type of role and as assigned

Qualifications:

3+ years of DMV clerk experience required Accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred Familiarity with the workings of a typical DMS Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
