Job Description

Title Assistant •Experienced Required• Corinthian Title Company is currently hiring an experienced Title Assistant to join the Mission Valley Title Department located in San Diego, CA. Corinthian Title Company is a locally operated title and escrow company with 9 offices throughout Southern California. We have attracted the best title and escrow professionals in the industry. Job Functions Perform clerical tasks Type various forms of correspondence Process incoming mail Proofread documents Filing documents Photocopying documents Assist Title Officer with other administrative functions as needed Knowledge and Skills / Technology Used Knowledge of title procedures and policy issuance Experience in abstracting title documentation Experience with Closing Protection Letter programs Experience with Title Search engine programs Ability to prepare documents and closing instructions Ability to Communicate with clients in the opening and closing of title files Knowledge of real estate, title insurance or mortgage business desired Knowledge of legal descriptions desired Strong computer and typing skills Ability to operate office equipment and multi-line phone system Effective analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Self-motivated and detail-oriented Effective oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service focus Ability to work in a team environment Willingness and flexibility to perform other assignments as needed Required Education High school diploma or equivalent knowledge and experience. Required Experience Two to Three years of title experience desired One to two years of clerical or administrative experience
Job Type Full-Time:
