Thank you for considering the following position in your job search! We are currently seeking an experienced DMV Title Specialist for a credit union located in
Valencia, CA Type:
Part-time (temporary approximately 6 months)
Pay:
$22-26/hr Branch hours: Monday -
Friday:
9:00am - 2:00pm (hours could increase)
Responsibilities:
DMV / Title Specialist supporting the Consumer Loan Department. Ensure accurate DMV title and registration processing and providing specialized loan servicing support. Protect the Credit Union's lien position, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering a positive experience for members. Process and track DMV titles and registrations to ensure timely and accurate lien perfection on vehicle loans. Serve as a resource for DMV requirements and documentation.
Requirements:
Experience with DMV/title processing, loan servicing, insurance transactions, or related work at a dealership, DMV clerk, or AAA associate. Knowledge of auto loan products and applicable regulations. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Clear written and verbal communication skills with a service‑focused approach. Proficiency with Windows‑based systems and standard office equipment. Minimum of 2 years of relevant DMV experience required.
