Key Responsibilities:

Process MSO and title transactions for retail, lease, and wholesale vehicle sales Follow up on outstanding titles and ensure timely receipt Verify incoming titles for accuracy and completeness Scan and file all deal paperwork efficiently Handle both in-state and out-of-state titling and registration processes Maintain current knowledge of Colorado motor vehicle laws, county requirements, and sales/use tax regulations (including home rule)

Qualifications:

Previous dealership title clerk or administrative experience required Strong understanding of MSO and title processing procedures Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work quickly and accurately Professional, positive attitude and strong customer service orientation Team player who can collaborate effectively with sales and finance teams Proficient with computers; training provided on our DMS and accounting systems
