What we are looking for:
indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Title Clerk to join our Porsche Fort Collins Team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Opportunity to work in a cohesive and supportive team environment Comprehensive insurance plans - medical, dental, vision, life insurance, health savings account, and flexible savings account 401(k) plus match Unlimited professional training opportunities Paid vacation days, sick days, and holidays Opportunity for advancement in a growing company Brand new, state-of-the-art facilities and equipment Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like: Complete DMV Registration paperwork and Out of State DMV Transactions Verify legal documents relating to transfer of vehicles Retail and Wholesale to the Department of Motor Vehicles (all-states). Post accounting entries related to all DMV registration transactions Maintain DMV and Payoff schedules, processing refund checks to customers and lenders if needed. Contacting customer if needed pertaining to registration documents Assist in obtaining title for trades and wholesales Keeping management and sales department up to date with status of outstanding registration items Ensure the Tax and Title Fees are properly completed and collected. Promptly process documents to ensure tax and fees are reported and paid in a timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned Assist with processing Wholesale deals in accounting. The opportunity is for you if you have: Minimum of 2 years' experience Title processing required Accounting Experience preferred
CDK / ADP
