Prepare and process vehicle title and registration documents with precision. Submit paperwork to the CT DMV and monitor completion timelines. Handle out-of-state registrations efficiently. Verify accuracy and completeness of sales paperwork. Maintain accurate physical and electronic records of transactions. Stay up-to-date on CT title and registration requirements. Communicate effectively with sales teams, customers, and DMV contacts as needed. Assist with general office administrative tasks. Maintain and track vehicle titles and MSO (Manufacturer's Statement of Origin).Qualifications We're Seeking:
Prior automotive dealership or DMV experience preferred - bring your expertise to our team! Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly. Some nights and weekends are required.Compensation and Benefits:
