Job Summary:
JP Motors, a fast-growing automotive wholesale dealership, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Title Clerk / Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate has direct experience with automotive titles and administrative operations within an auto auction, dealership, or wholesale environment. If you excel at data organization, possess strong Microsoft Excel skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities Title Management:
Accurately process, track, and manage vehicle titles (including missing, absent, and sold statuses).
Data Administration:
Input accurate vehicle data and maintain comprehensive spreadsheets to track inventory and title status.
Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for various auction houses and automotive dealers via professional email and phone correspondence.
Office Support:
Assist with daily administrative duties and operational tasks to support the dealership team.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Proven administrative experience within an auto auction, automotive dealership, or wholesale vehicle environment.
Title Expertise:
Strong, demonstrable knowledge of automotive title processing and paperwork.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and professional email correspondence.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for dealing with external partners.
Compensation & Benefits Flexible Hours:
Open to both full-time and part-time arrangements to fit your schedule.
Paid Time Off:
