Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Title Clerk - Office Assistant to join our team! This role is vital in maintaining accurate vehicle and inventory records, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude. Duties Manage and update vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation with precision and efficiency Assist with inventory management, including tracking vehicle movements and maintaining accurate records Support sales teams by preparing paperwork, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with dealership policies Provide outstanding customer service through clear communication, phone etiquette, and professional interaction Coordinate with external agencies for title transfers, licensing, and legal requirements Organize and maintain office supplies, files, and digital records to ensure smooth administrative operations Assist in outbound sales efforts by supporting sales pipeline development and follow-up activities Qualifications Previous experience in automotive repair shops or dealership environments is highly preferred Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in document management Excellent communication skills in both bilingual (multilingual) settings; proficiency in additional languages is a plus Familiarity with retail sales processes, inventory control, and retail math principles Experience with sales management tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous Ability to handle high-end sales environments with professionalism and confidence Demonstrated ability to perform cashiering duties and manage cash transactions accurately Outstanding phone etiquette and public speaking skills for engaging with clients and team members Administrative experience combined with strong organizational skills to support daily office functions Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while advancing your career in a fast-growing industry!
Pay:
$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
