Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end title processing workflow, including title searches, research, and document preparation. Review title commitments, abstracts, and legal descriptions to verify accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with law offices, title insurance companies, lenders, and clients to gather necessary documentation. Conduct detailed research using GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools to confirm property boundaries and ownership details. Prepare closing packages, ensuring all legal requirements are met for a successful property transfer. Oversee the closing process by reviewing settlement statements, coordinating signings, and ensuring proper recording of documents. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients, agents, and stakeholders throughout the closing process. Requirements Proven experience in real estate law, title processing, or law office environments with a focus on property transactions. Strong research skills to analyze public records, legal documents, and GIS data related to property titles. In-depth knowledge of title processing procedures and legal requirements for real estate closings. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, lenders, and internal teams in a professional manner. Familiarity with customer service principles to deliver a positive experience for all parties involved. Prior experience working within a law office or title company is highly preferred.
