Job Description

Job Description One of Insight Global's large clients is seeking a detail‑oriented Vehicle Title Temp to support its Used Vehicle Sales operations. This role focuses on reviewing, updating, and organizing vehicle title documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth processing across internal teams and field locations. This is a fully in‑office, fast‑paced administrative role, ideal for someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable handling sensitive documents in a deadline‑driven environment. This is a temp opportunity with strong potential for extension and possible full‑time conversion for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Review and update title inventory records within internal systems. Validate incoming vehicle titles for accuracy, completeness, and state compliance. File, organize, and maintain both physical and digital title documentation. Pull requested titles for processing, scanning, or shipment. Scan, copy, and prepare title documents as needed. Package, track, and ship titles to field locations, customers, and internal departments. Assist in resolving title discrepancies, missing titles, and state‑specific issues. Cross‑reference title data against system records to ensure accuracy. Provide general administrative support as needed. Work Environment Fast‑paced, high‑volume administrative setting. No travel required. Full‑time hours (40/week). Month‑to‑month assignment with potential extensions. Strong attention to detail and organization (must‑have). Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline‑driven setting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). Ability to work fully onsite with reliable attendance. Associate's or bachelor's degree. Experience with vehicle titling, licensing, DMV processing, fleet/automotive administration, or document processing.
