Job Description

Job Summary:
Clear Choice Title is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Title Processor to join our growing title agency. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where professionalism, precision, and customer service are top priorities. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a strong background in Florida real estate closings who is passionate about providing an exceptional experience to buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, prepare, and process real estate title and escrow files from contract to closing Order title searches, surveys, payoffs, estoppels, and other related documentation Identify and clear title issues in a timely and efficient manner Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction to coordinate a smooth closing process Schedule closings and ensure all documents and funding conditions are satisfied Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction Maintain accurate file documentation and comply with company and industry policies
Qualifications:
Ideally 2 years of experience in title processing in Florida. Strong understanding of title insurance and escrow practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-first mindset. Proficient in Windows-based software, including MS Word, Outlook, and web-based applications. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
