High-Volume Store | Fast-Paced Environment | Growth Opportunity Elmhurst Ford is continuing to grow, and we are looking for an experienced License & Title Clerk to join our team. This is not a beginner position. We are looking for someone who already understands dealership title processes, can work efficiently in a high-volume environment. Requirements:
What You'll Do Process titles and registrations for new, used, wholesale, and out-of-state deals Submit title work and registration paperwork accurately and on time Handle title corrections, duplicate titles, and follow-up documentation Process Illinois and out-of-state title work efficiently Communicate with banks, customers, and dealership staff regarding title status Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with Illinois regulations Assist with inventory title tracking and additional administrative support as needed What We're Looking For Must have previous dealership license and title experience Knowledge of Illinois and out-of-state title procedures required Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, CVR, and ATC preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment Professional communication skills and positive attitude Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented What We Offer Health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days 401(k) eligibility after 90 days PTO per company policy Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts Stable and growing dealership environment Long-term career opportunity with room for growth Why Elmhurst Ford Elmhurst Ford is building a strong team focused on growth, customer experience, accountability, and long-term success.
