Automotive Title Clerk

Full Job Description Auffenberg of Carbondale is seeking an Automotive License & Title Clerk. We are a busy dealership and welcome anyone that enjoys a fast paced environment! We are seeking a bright energetic individual with great work ethics and a team player to join our consolidated office staff, experience is preferred! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Prepare and process documents for in state and out of state registrations for vehicle purchases Ensure all taxes are paid timely and proper documents are completed Verify applications for accuracy, completion and all required signatures are present on all documents Monitoring vehicle license and registering systems for tax liabilities that are coming due Monitoring and update the License & Title schedules Accurately post retail and wholesale transactions into our computer systems Work closely with finance department on resolving issues that may need attention Able to Multitask Work under pressure in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines. Perform various other accounting responsibilities and/or business requirements as assigned by Office Manager Qualifications Good reading and writing skills. Strong grammar and spelling. Competent keyboard skills. Good communication. An ability to work individually and as part of a team. The ability to concentrate for long periods of time. Attention to detail. Ability to solve problems. Willingness to embrace technology.
