Full Job Description Description:
This position is responsible for processing titles, registrations, and licensing documentation for UTVs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with state requirements. Inputs data received from the Equipment Delivery and Pickup Report (EDPR). The position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal departments and external agencies.
Responsibilities:
Processes titles, registrations, and licensing paperwork for UTVs Prepares and submits title applications, transfers, lien documentation, and registration materials in accordance with state regulations Coordinates with state agencies, lenders, and internal departments to resolve title or registration issues Tracks title and registration status and follows up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion Maintains accurate records and organized files related to titles and licenses Ensures compliance with dealership policies and state requirements related to UTV transactions Accurately and timely updates equipment location as requests are submitted Manages Complete Goods Inventory reconciliation monthly Assists Complete Goods Administrators as needed Maintains a safe working environment and adheres to company safety program at all times Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:
High school diploma or GED Prior administrative and accounting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay Range:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
