Responsibilities:

Process new and used vehicle sales billing accurately Verify vehicle deal paperwork for completeness and compliance Submit contracts to financial institutions Submit extended warranties Issue payoff checks timely for trade ins Reconcile new and used car inventory schedules Reconcile all other schedules pertaining to the posting of the deal Communicates with Finance staff Post fundings Post dealer reserves Pay taxes Requirements Dealership experience a must others will not be considered. DealerTrack a plus Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in dealership software systems Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

Pay:

$26.00 - $27.00 per hour
