This multifaceted position combines administrative expertise with customer service excellence and sales support. You'll manage vehicle titles and paperwork, greet and assist customers at the front desk, and support our sales team in building strong client relationships. Responsibilities Process vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation accurately and efficiently to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Greet customers warmly upon arrival, providing friendly assistance and directing them to appropriate departments or staff members. Support the sales team by managing the sales pipeline, scheduling appointments, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Assist with inventory management by tracking vehicle stock levels, updating records, and coordinating vehicle transfers or deliveries. Handle cashiering duties including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing cash register operations with professionalism. Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving to address inquiries or concerns. Maintain organized front desk operations using strong organizational skills; manage phone etiquette to ensure prompt and courteous responses. Support outbound sales efforts by engaging with potential clients via phone calls or multilingual communication when applicable. Contribute to a positive dealership atmosphere through public speaking skills during promotional events or customer orientations. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory control to keep dealership operations running smoothly. Experience Previous experience in dealership environments or automotive repair shops is highly preferred. Demonstrated success in retail sales or high-end sales roles with a focus on customer engagement. Proven organizational skills with experience managing inventory or administrative records efficiently. Strong communication skills including bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency to serve diverse clientele effectively. Familiarity with automotive titles, registration processes, and retail math principles is advantageous. Experience in outbound sales strategies or building a robust sales pipeline will be considered a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and public speaking skills to confidently represent the dealership to customers and community events.
