Salary Range:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Retirement Plan Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a Title Clerk or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry. Proficiency in dealership management software (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or similar). Familiarity with state titling laws and regulations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Responsibilities Process all vehicle titles accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with state regulations. Coordinate with sales teams, finance departments, and external agencies to facilitate smooth title transfers. Maintain organized and up-to-date title files and records. Reconcile monthly title statements and resolve any discrepancies. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support dealership operations.
