Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Title Recording Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage the accurate recording and processing of property titles, ensuring compliance with real estate law and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Verify and record real estate deeds, mortgages, releases and sales disclosures
Compliance:
Ensure all submitted paperwork complies with state and federal regulations before permanent filing. Creating and maintaining a records management system. Performing data entry tasks. Updating existing records. Maintaining company archives. Retrieving information from the filing system when requested. Scanning and uploading files to create digital copies of physical records. Processing and file copies of incoming and outgoing physical correspondence. Issue Title policies. Experience Proven experience in a title office or real estate environment involving title processing or related legal documentation. Knowledge of real estate law principles as they pertain to property titles and recording procedures. Demonstrated research skills utilizing legal databases, GIS tools, and public records systems. Familiarity with title processing workflows, document management systems, and recordkeeping best practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
