Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic automotive dealership team as a Dealership Title Clerk & Bookkeeper, where your organizational prowess and attention to detail will keep our operations running smoothly. In this vital role, you'll handle title processing, vehicle registration, and financial record-keeping, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Your proactive approach will support our sales team and enhance customer satisfaction by managing administrative tasks efficiently and accurately. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in retail sales, inventory management, and dealership operations within a fast-paced environment. Duties Process vehicle titles, registrations, and lien documentation accurately and promptly to ensure legal compliance. Maintain detailed records of all title transactions, vehicle sales, and inventory movements using dealership management software. Assist bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. Support the sales team by preparing paperwork for high-end sales and retail transactions while ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams via phone and in person to provide exceptional customer service and support dealership operations. Experience Previous experience in a dealership environment or automotive repair industry is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, and administrative processes. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and ability to engage with customers and team members. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Familiarity with automotive titles, legal documentation, and dealership compliance standards is highly desirable. Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
