Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Title Clerk - Office Assistant, where you'll be at the heart of our dealership operations, ensuring smooth administrative workflows and supporting sales activities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your organizational skills while engaging with a vibrant automotive environment. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help keep our office running efficiently, providing exceptional service to both internal teams and customers. Whether managing paperwork, coordinating inventory, or assisting with customer interactions, you'll play a vital role in driving our success forward. Responsibilities Manage and organize vehicle titles, documents, and related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency Assist sales teams by preparing and processing sales documentation, including contracts and invoices Maintain comprehensive records of inventory control, ensuring all vehicles are properly documented and accounted for Support customer service efforts by answering inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity Coordinate with departments on inventory management, including tracking vehicle status and updating records regularly Handle cashiering duties such as processing payments, issuing receipts, and balancing cash drawers Provide administrative support through filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies Requirements Proven experience in administrative roles or dealership environments; familiarity with automotive repair or retail sales is a plus Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in document management and inventory control Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities for interacting confidently with customers and team members Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively Experience in sales management or outbound sales strategies is advantageous for supporting dealership growth initiatives Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate transaction processing and inventory calculations Proficiency in using office software tools along with strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Previous experience in cashiering, customer service, or retail sales enhances your ability to excel in this role Embark on a rewarding career where your proactive attitude and organizational prowess will make a tangible difference.
