If you're a well-organized team player with title or dealership experience, we would like to talk to you! Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Accurately process incoming titles daily Answer customer inquiries or concerns in a professional, customer focused manner. Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles Breaking down and scanning deal jackets Prepare Trade-In vehicle jackets Assist administrative accounting tasks Perform work in conformance with all legal requirements regarding titles and other legal documents. Filing Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. One year minimum automotive title experience. A professional appearance Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required. Detail oriented skills with strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment. Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment. Ability to work independently and with a team Dealership experience preferred
